This advisory describes the way the outbreak that is COVID-19 impacting Asian and Pacific Islander (API) survivors of domestic physical violence and intimate attack, and defines policies enacted to deal with the pandemic like the CARES Act, and API and immigrant survivors’ eligibility when it comes 
to programs and services available in the legislation, plus the implications of using the solutions. The Advisory additionally talks about the result of systematic reactions into the crisis that is COVID-19 the unique problems that API survivors face that systems must take into account to aid survivor safety throughout the pandemic.
